Post Pandemic Intentions – You Do You, Boo
I didn’t survive a pandemic to…
skip a monumental family event over a work commitment.
fight five-days-a-week rush hour traffic.
return to a normal unfilled life.
not use my voice.
just keep surviving instead of thriving.
complain about today.
not appreciate every part of life that we are getting back.
to coast through life.
not live every day to the absolute fullest.
ignore all the time I spent thinking about what truly matters.
let other people’s drama take you out.
live in the moment.
hop right back on the ‘hamster wheel of life’ without taking some serious time to P-B-R on what is most important to me.
accept less than I deserve.
deal with mediocre men.
How would you complete this prompt, I didn’t survive a pandemic to…
These are just a sampling of the intentions that I’ve received over the last few days. In this week’s video, I share a few of my thoughts. Part of my answer speaks to gratitude and kindness, two of my top five values.
That’s why I’ve put together our 20 Ripple Challenge.
It will be twenty days of rippling gratitude and kindness (two qualities we need more than ever). Plus, we will also weave in wellness and mindfulness, and there will be prizes. And who doesn’t like prizes?!?
The dates are June 21 to July 11 – the 20th anniversary of my Last Bad Day. You can sign up and get your awesome sauce workbook below.
One thing is clear as we come through this, most wish for something better, and our 20 Ripple Challenge is a perfect way to start doing you, Boo. I hope you will join us.
Until next week, remember to Pause Breathe Reflect and have fun storming the castle!
